Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your service agreement.

We accept various payment methods, including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may result in additional fees or interest charges as allowed by law.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for providing accurate information about your property and any relevant permits or homeowner association requirements. You must ensure we have clear access to the work area and that any underground utilities are marked before we begin.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations may result in a fee to cover our scheduling costs.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. We offer warranties on our installations as outlined in your service agreement. These warranties cover defects in our workmanship but don't cover damage from weather, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship warranty. We'll help you with any warranty claims if issues arise.

Limitation of Liability

We carry appropriate insurance for our work. However, we're not responsible for damage to underground utilities that weren't properly marked, damage to landscaping beyond the immediate work area, or pre-existing property conditions.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
